Every member of the team – from the owner to the camp’s guides and cook – has chosen to share their respective knowledge and their passion for hunting in order to allow our guests to experience the adventure of a lifetime, one that will stay in their memories for the rest of their lives, one that will never be forgotten.

For his part, Claude Juteau, the owner of Western Trophy Outfitter, has over 15 years of experience as a professional hunting guide in several parts of Canada, from Anticosti Island in the east, clear across the country to the Alberta prairies and on up to the Northern Territories. He is also the owner of "Dream Hunt.ca", an enterprise that specializes in the production of hunting DVDs, that gives hunters the opportunity to participate in a contest and perhaps win a hunting trip.

Now, through his outfitter, Claude wishes to share his passion with hunting enthusiasts by offering them to experience the great thrill and the unforgetable moments that go into claiming the trophy of a lifetime. The passion that burns inside Claude and the breadth of his experience, as well as his commitment and his warm personality, are pledges of success that allow him to offer you an elite quality hunting experience which is second to none and offers a personalized service that addresses all of his clients’ individual needs.

As for our guides, they are the key to our success. They are born observers who have an eye for locating game. You can count on them to set up the hunting blinds, to ensure that your hunting equipment functions properly, and above all by allowing you to take advantage of their extensive knowledge of the terrain and hunting techniques tailored to the prey’s behavior. They are also responsible for preparing your game’s cape and the deer’s antlers. In short, their experience and their hard work and dedication will ensure that you have an unforgettable adventure, one that you will surely want to experience again and again.
